OPERAÇÃO FOLIÃO INTERDITA 25 AERONAVES

Brasília, 17 de fevereiro de 2016 – A Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC) abordou 98 aeronaves executivas entre os dias 11 e 13/02, durante a Operação Folião, ocorrida simultaneamente em nove aeroportos do País. Fiscais da ANAC inspecionaram as operações da aviação geral, na qual os jatos particulares fazem parte. Durante a ação, programada especialmente para o período pós carnaval, a ANAC emitiu 25 interdições – Notificação de Condição Irregular de Aeronave (NCIA).

Estiveram incluídos na Operação Folião os aeroportos de Brasília, Salvador, Goiânia, Belo Horizonte, São Paulo (Campo de Marte), Jundiaí, Sorocaba, Curitiba e Campo Grande.

Em cada abordagem foi observada a validade da documentação da tripulação (pilotos e copilotos) e do avião, como a Inspeção Anual de Manutenção (IAM) e o Certificado de Aeronavegabilidade (CA), além das condições das aeronaves (pneu careca, pequenos danos na aeronave, etc.), carga fora das especificações, táxi-aéreo pirata, passageiro no lugar do copiloto, excesso de peso e passageiros.

O Inspetor de Aviação Civil (Inspac), Antonino Assunção Jr, que atuou na Operação explica: “Em média cada fiscalização leva em torno de 25 minutos. Nesse tempo, nós checamos todas as informações da aeronave e do piloto”. 

Dentre as principais irregularidades encontradas durante a Operação, estão as modificações nas aeronaves sem a ressalva da ANAC. O gerente de Operações, Marcelo Lima, ressalta que qualquer modificação deve ser reportada e aprovada pela Agência. “Essas alterações devem ser autorizadas porque garante o cumprimento das medidas de segurança”, explica.

A Operação Folião teve como objetivo reforçar a presença da ANAC nos aeroportos brasileiros em face da segurança da aviação civil.
